Marketing is never a one size fits all activity. To encompass the multi-facets required for most strategies I strive to:
- take the time to specifically identify the goals of the company,
- incorporate the customer feedback cycle and customer profiles to target,
- understand the SWOT of the market position to gain leverage,
- identify which channels are appropriate,
- plan how to communicate the message and reinforce company ideals,
- measure the effectiveness of the strategy and get feedback so to optimise the strategy before starting the cycle again.
